CMC8 is an independent project that offers free, practical online tools for students, professionals, creators and anyone who needs a quick answer without installing software.
Our mission
Our goal is to provide simple, accurate and privacy-friendly tools that work on any device. We avoid unnecessary sign-ups and design every page to be fast and easy to understand.
How our tools work
Most tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. This means the text, numbers and files you enter are processed on your own device and are not sent to our servers.
Accuracy
We test our calculators against known formulas and standard conversion factors. If you find an error or have an idea for a new tool, please contact us.
How we are funded
The site is supported by advertising. This allows us to keep every tool free for everyone.
